Wedding Package

If you decide to go ahead with your big day at Holiday Inn Solihull a typical wedding package will include the following:

• Your own dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator to assist you in the planning of your prefect day.
• Complimentary membership for both the Bride and Groom at our leisure club, Club Moativation for the 6 weeks leading up to your big day.
• A red carpet arrival, where the Bride and Groom will be greeted by our Master of Ceremonies with a glass of Champagne in your own personalised Champagne glasses for you to keep.
• A selection of tasty menus and drinks packages to choose from. We will always cater for any special dietary requirements you or any of your guests may have.
• Menu tasting to sample your chosen wedding breakfast. This meal is complimentary for the Bride and Groom, however you are more than welcome to bring along relatives to sample your menu as well for an extra charge.
• A personalised table plan and menus for the table if required.
• Complimentary use of our silver cake stand and knife.
• Complimentary overnight accommodation for the Bride and Groom on the night of your wedding, inclusive of a full English breakfast (for Wedding Breakfasts booked of 20 or more guests).
• Complimentary overnight accommodation to celebrate your first anniversary, inclusive of dinner for two and a full English breakfast (for Wedding Breakfasts booked of 20 or more guests).
• Preferential rates on overnight accommodation for guests attending your wedding and use of our leisure club whilst staying with us.
• Free car parking to all guests attending your wedding.
• Complimentary cloakroom facilities – please advise us beforehand if you would like this.
• Changing facilities for guests if required – please advise us beforehand if you would like this.
• Use of hotel grounds for your wedding photography including the Terrace and landscaped gardens.
