To qualify for this offer all bookings must be confirmed by 31st December 2013 and taken by 31st December 2014 at any QMH UK Limited hotel.

The booker must quote 'No need to shop around' at the point of enquiry to qualify.

To qualify the booking must be for a minimum contracted value of £2,000 excluding VAT and will also apply if a series of conferences, meetings or events are booked and contracted together and meet this minimum.

This offer only applies to new bookings only and will be based on the total value contracted. Cancelled bookings won't qualify for this offer.

Only one claim for this offer per individual booking can be made and if a booking is cancelled QMH UK Limited have the right to claim the total value of the vouchers or equivalent back.

Once a signed contract is received by us your vouchers will be issued.

QMH UK Limited will settle any personal tax liability arising directly from the receipt of the vouchers on the condition that the recipient provides relevant personal information which has to be reported to the HMRC.

This will include (but may not be limited to) name, address, NI number and whether the recipient is a higher or basic rate tax payer.

This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or reward schemes.

This offer is non transferable and no cash alternative will be available.
