Terms and conditions

1. BB rates are per room per night and include a full English breakfast the following day and DBB rates are for a two night stay and include dinner on one night and a full English breakfast on both days.

2. Rates are based on two adults sharing a twin/double room.

3. Rates are valid Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights until 13th September 2010 inclusive.

4. Valid on all new bookings only. Hotels may offer promotional rates mid week and outside this promotional period - check when booking.

5. Rates are correct at time of publishing, are valid on new bookings only and are subject to promotional room availability.

6. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Once booked all breaks are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. In all Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels free breakfast and dinner from a set menu is included in the price for up to 2 children under 13 years on all BB and DBB rates. Plus up to 2 children under the age of 18 stay free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults. Children accommodated in their own room will be charged the same price as adults. In all Best Western hotels up to two children under the age of 15 years stay for free when sharing a room with up to two adults, subject to availability of a family room.

8. The packages listed are from a selection which are available in selected hotels and may vary from time to time. Please call your chosen hotel direct to get full details.

9. On check-in you will receive your exclusive discounted vouchers which entitles you to up to £20 of discounts off food and drink in the lounge, bar and restaurant of the hotel.

10. Calls to 0871 numbers are charged at £0.10 per minute when dialed from a BT landline, calls from other networks and mobiles may cost more.
