Whitehall
2001 Funds
Whitehall 2001 Funds (the
"Funds") are one of a
series real estate funds sponsored
and managed by affiliates of Goldman
Sachs Group, Inc. The Funds are
opportunistic real estate funds
and invest directly in real estate
or real estate related companies,
projects, loan portfolios and debt
recapitalizations. The funds invest
globally, but focus on OECD markets,
particularly Europe and North America.
The Whitehall 2001 Funds were raised
in 2001 and had capital commitments
in excess of $2.5 billion, of which
Goldman Sachs is the largest single
investor. The Funds hold their 65%
share of QMH Limited through W2001
Britannia LLC.

held by a significant number of
shareholders. Goldman Sachs Group,
Inc. is a global investment banking,
securities and investment management
firm that provides a wide range
of services worldwide to a substantial
and diversified client base that
includes corporations, financial
institutions, governments and high
net-worth individuals.
Founded in 1869, it is one of the
oldest and largest investment banking
firms. The firm is headquartered
in New York and maintains offices
in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Hong
Kong and other major financial centres
around the world. Goldman Sachs
holds its 25% share of QMH Limited
through a wholly owned subsidiary,
being ELQ Investors Limited.
Regina Investments Sarl
Regina Investment Sarl
(Regina) is a minority interest
holder with a 10% share in QMH Limited.
Regina Investments Sarl is a private
investment vehicle and is not related
to any fund or associated private
equity group. |

Vernon B. Schwartz
Vernon Schwartz joined
the Board of QMH on 24 February
2010 . Mr. Schwartz is an Executive
Vice President at iStar Financial,
Inc. and is responsible for iStar
Financial’s European investments
and its United States auto sector
investment activities. Prior to
that Mr. Schwartz was a Chief
Executive Officer of Soros Real
Estate Advisors, the advisor to
Quantum Realty Partners, an offshore
real estate investment fund sponsored
by George Soros and Paul Reichmann
and Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Catellus
Development Corporation, the largest
private landowner in the state
of California. Mr. Schwartz also
held executive positions with
The Hahn Company, a developer,
owner and operator of regional
shopping centers, and Bank of
Montreal.
Patrick M. Tribolet
Patrick M. Tribolet joined
the Board of QMH on 23 February
2009. Mr Tribolet is a Managing
Director at Goldman Sachs and
is responsible for the management
oversight of the the European
real estate investments held within
the various Goldman Sachs sponsored
real estate vehicles. He joined
Goldman Sachs in 1997 and worked
for the Investment Banking Division
in New York, before transferring
to the Real Estate Principal Investment
Area in 1999 and relocating to
Europe in 2006.
Veronique Menard
Veronique Menard joined
the Board of QMH Limited on 7
February 2008. Ms Menard, an Executive
Director at Goldman Sachs, joined
the Real Estate Principal Investment
Area Department (London) at Goldman
Sachs in 2005 and has a key role
supporting the operational infrastructure
for all of the Whitehall investments
in Europe. Previous to this, Ms
Menard was in the Fund Reporting
team at Archon Group (France)
in Paris, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Goldman Sachs, from 2001 to
2004.
Michael
M. Furth
Michael Furth joined the Board
of QMH on 24 March 2009 . Mr.
Furth is a Managing Director at
Goldman Sachs and runs the Merchant
Banking Division's execution function
globally. In this role he is involved
in the structuring as well as
the ongoing management of the
holding entities of the Division's
corporate, infrastructure and
real estate investments. Prior
to joining Goldman Sachs in 2007
Mr. Furth held various positions
in private equity, investment
banking and management consulting.

Arcsil BV joined the
Board of QMH Limited on 25 October
